Edward J. Hester, Ph.D., president of HES, received his doctorate in industrial psychology and psychometrics from Loyola University - Chicago.  For the last 30 years, Ed has been involved in vocational assessment and training program development, industrial consultations, and research.  He is a member of the American Psychological Association, National Rehabilitation Association, National Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in the Private Sector.


Vyto Baltrukenas is a graduate of the University of Chicago.  He worked as a vocational evaluator in Illinois and California before helping to found Hester Evaluation Systems, Inc.  Vyto is vice-president of development and training.

Mary L. Derum attended Michigan State University, and Western Michigan University where she was also a graphic artist in instructional communications.  Before joining HES as vice president of operations, Mary was a supervisor at a sheltered workshop.


Jerry Johnson, M.P.A. received his master degree in public administration from the University of Kansas. Since 1973 Jerry has done executive and organizational consulting and senior management training for public and private corporations, medical groups and family-owned businesses.  Jerry is an associate member of the International City/County Managers Association and past president of the Kansas Chapter of the American Society of Public Administration.


D. Joseph Stimac is a consultant to major corporations and the inventor of AccuHire, an Internet based job placement screening program.  Joe is the author of The Ultimate Job Search Kit, Winning Career Strategies , and Mastering Job Interviews.  He also writes an Internet column, Career Talk.
